TV Studio booking request: external (non-VU) groups

Book Victoria University's TV Studio with green room.

This form is for non-VU groups. If your group is from the University, please use the internal booking form.

The studio can be booked at the following times:

  • standard hours: Monday—Friday, 9am—6pm
  • half day including bump in and out – 4 hours
  • full day including bump in and out – 8 hours

Requests for hire outside the standard times will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and may cost more.

You will be advised in writing if your booking has been accepted. Once accepted, details regarding payment options will be sent to you. 

Payment is required in full at least one week prior to the event.
