Footscray Hospital
Construction is well underway on the new world-class, $1.5 billion Footscray Hospital adjacent to the Footscray Park Campus.
When completed in 2025, the hospital will help meet the demand in Melbourne's ever-expanding western suburbs and provide state-of-the-art care for patients.
The new hospital will enable the creation of a world-class health and education precinct in and around Victoria University's Footscray Park Campus. It will benefit students in our Health & Biomedicine and Sports & Exercise courses, as well as researchers in the Institute for Health & Sport.
As this is a Victorian Government initiative, enquiries about the build can be made to the Victorian Health Building Authority (VHBA) by email: .
