Results are out! Congratulations to all Year 12s on their huge achievement. 

We hope you get into the course of your dreams! If you want to adjust your preferences after getting your first round offers – we're here to support you and explain your options.

VU offers pathways through TAFE, diplomas and foundation programs that can get you where you want to go. Every Change of Preference window is a chance to choose a uni experience that actually works for you.

    1. Log in to VTAC – Use your VTAC ID + PIN.
    2. Open your preference list – Find it under Course Application.
    3. Add, remove or reorder – Treat it like a wish list. Put the course you want to study most at the top.

Didn't get the ATAR you were hoping for?

Don't worry! With our wide range of pathways and study options, you can still find your dream course at VU. 
Start with a TAFE course, diploma or foundations program and move into the degree you want. Pathways give you skills first, then credit that can fast-track your uni journey.

Find your pathway

Example pathway starting from a 1 year Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care, progressing into the 1 year Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, then ultimately progressing into a 2 year Bachelor of Early Childhood Education with 1 year credit applied. Total amount of years studying is 4 years with this example pathway.
