Make a booking

When booking an appointment online, you will need to:

1. select a location, on campus or phone appointment
2. select the main issue you need advice or support with (finance, housing or welfare)
3. confirm either a face-to-face or phone appointment
4. select a staff member
5. select a suitable date and time.

Book an appointment (VU login required)

You will receive an email confirming your appointment. We will also send you a reminder on the day of your appointment.

How to prepare for your appointment

General enquiry

Bring any documents that might help the senior adviser understand and help you with your issue. This could include bills, a letter from Centrelink or a course release letter.

For fee extension, student loan and payment plan applications you need to do some preparation before the appointment:

• prepare a budget
• download the A49 fee extension application form.
