Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if you paid upfront and have:

• made changes to your enrolment, e.g. withdrawn from your course or unit(s)
• an approved leave of absence
• changed your payment option to a HELP loan
• changed your citizenship
• had a concession rate applied to your fees
• made an overpayment
• been approved for a remission of fees.
