Professor Andrew Clarke has written ten books and published more than fifty articles.

His research interests are in corporate governance, corporate law, tort law, and risk management.

Andrew’s interest in leadership, and governance began in the UK in 1991 where he taught, wrote, and researched for seven years at UWE, Bristol.

His interests cover the intersection between law and business, operational risk factors, governance and board processes, and the practical and legal aspects of management & leadership.

In Australia, his book on Tort Law, was awarded a National Excellence in Publishing Award.

Andrew consults to HE, private and not-for-profit entities on corporate law, leadership, management, governance, corporate social responsibility, and risk-related issues, and he has taught and written widely in these areas.

Andrew is writing a book on Corporate law for Oxford University Press.

In recognition of his national and international expertise, Andrew is an Adjunct Professor of Law at:

  • The College of Comparative Law, China University of Political Science and Law, in Beijing, and at
  • The School of Law and Justice, Southern Cross University, Australia.
