Bronwyn Wellings

Bronwyn Wellings is a non-executive director with significant experience as an executive in major multinational and Australian companies, both locally and internationally, including BP, Amcor, OZ Minerals and VicForests and as a director of not-for-profit Boards. 

She has a strong background in all aspects of finance and a particular interest in corporate finance, strategy, risk management, governance and integrated reporting.

She is currently chair of the Finance, Audit, Risk and Remuneration Committee of the ETU (Vic. Branch) and the St. Andrew’s Foundation and is a director of Australasian Reporting Awards. Previous Board roles have included the ten20 Foundation, the Property Board and Trust of the Uniting Church (Vic Tas) and Connections Uniting Care.
