Early childhood education

Bachelor of Early Childhood Education

You are guaranteed entry into the Bachelor of Early Childhood Education if you have successfully completed:

Diploma of Education Studies (96 credit points)
22451VIC Diploma of Teacher Education Preparation (24 credit points)
Foundations at VU
International Foundations at VU.

Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Leadership

You are guaranteed entry into the Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Leadership if you have successfully completed:

CHC50121 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (96 credit points)
Diploma of Education Studies (96 credit points)
22451VIC Diploma of Teacher Education Preparation (24 credit points).

Education P–12

You are guaranteed entry into the Bachelor of Education (P-12) if you have successfully completed:

Diploma of Education Studies (Students must achieve a minimum distinction average and meet all other selection requirements, including successful completion of the Literacy and Numeracy and CASPer tests). (96 credit points)
22451VIC Diploma of Teacher Education Preparation (no credit).

Education studies

Bachelor of Education Studies

You are guaranteed entry into the Bachelor of Education Studies if you have successfully completed:

Diploma of Education Studies

You are guaranteed entry into the Diploma of Education Studies if you have successfully completed:

International Foundations at VU.

*The Diploma of Education Studies is a Higher Education (HE) Diploma. Our HE Diplomas provide guaranteed entry into the second year of select bachelor degrees, following successful completion of the course.
