By connecting industry partners to Victoria University’s world leading research capabilities through the Industry Scholarship Partnering for Innovative Research Delivery (INSPIRED) program, we will work collaboratively to solve industry challenges, develop a culture of innovation and build an industry-ready workforce for the future.
About the program
Students enrolled in the VU INSPIRED program undertake a research project that addresses real-world challenges identified by and of critical importance to the industry partner.
During the project period, the student will be embedded on-site with the industry partner undertaking activities relevant to the research project.
Throughout the VU INSPIRED program, the student is co-supervised by VU and the industry partner and the scholarship is either co-funded by both (PhD) or solely funded by the industry partner (Masters).

Through partnering with Victoria University through our INSPIRED program, you can support a Higher Degree Research (HDR) student to undertake a sustained investigation on an industry-focused research question of mutual interest, and of critical importance to your organisation.
