BoxFit

BoxFit combines the power and intensity of boxing with the high-energy routines of HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training).  Get ready to uleash your inner warrior as you jab, cross, and hook your way to improved cardiovascular fitness, strength and agility.

Equipment will be provided but if you have your own Gloves or Mitts feel free to bring them.

Pilates

Pilates emphasises the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility & awareness in order to support efficient movement. This class is suitable for everyone.

Spin

Spinning is an indoor group exercise class on stationary bikes. The bikes are arranged so that every participant can see the instructor. The class runs for approximately 45 minutes. The instructor leads the class through a range of different styles of bike riding, such as sprints, hills and adding or easing resistance.

Changing the resistance levels will simulate an actual bike riding terrain. As participants control their own resistance level this class is suitable for all fitness levels.

This class is ideal for weight loss, fitness, speed and endurance.

Swim School

Learn to Swim programs for infants, children and adults are taught at our Swim School.

Our experienced, qualified teachers conduct small classes to provide the best opportunity for learning.

Team Training

Improve your fitness and be part of an awesome team in an encouraging, motivating environment. 

Team Training sessions are small group sessions run by a personal trainer, several times per day, with a different focus each day. Sessions include warm up and stretching.

All sessions are 45 minutes long with a maximum of 8 participants per session. Sessions are available for Focus and thrive* members only.

Total body workout

Total body workout is an aerobic-style class performed to music. Total body workout incorporates a combination of traditional aerobic moves, hand weights and other aids like balls and steps to create a dynamic class. This is a high energy class that is suitable for all abilities.

This class is ideal for improving fitness and muscle tone.

Yoga

Yoga is a combination of free flowing yoga poses such as sun salutations, standing poses, balancing poses, inversions, twists and savasana relaxation. Suitable for all fitness levels. Ideal for strength, flexibility, muscle recovery or relaxation.

Zumba

Zumba is a combination of dance steps and Latin rhythms to easy to follow routines. This invigorating dance class will get you movin' and groovin' to rhythms of salsa, cumbia, samba, merengue and more.

Work your body from head to toe with Zumba's exhilarating workouts. You'll learn all the basics, hitting your core, thighs and abdominals just to name a few. Come and join the fun.

Minimum age

You must be 16 years or older to access our gym facilities.

Children under the age of 12 must be actively supervised by a parent or guardian who is 16 years or older. Children who are 5 years or under must be in arms reach of a parent.
